Fripp Island is located just at the end of Beaufort and is a private and gated community. Its residents and visitors navigate this peaceful 3,000 acre island primarily with golf carts. The area offers two golf courses, a marina, 3 miles of beaches, and restaurants. The real estate in Fripp varies, but can include oceanfront homes and villas which can reach $3,000,000 in price. Marsh and waterview villas are also available and start in the mid $200's. Other views are available including lagoon, lake and canal.
